Boost Immune System


Health is Wealth. This proverb has lost its importance. Today, people are neglecting their health to create wealth. Life has become mechanical. Facilities like Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, remote control etc has reduced the human efforts. People prefer junk food rather than eating healthy food. Smoking, drinking and drugs intake are extremely common. Even children of small ages are also involved in these things. All these things affect our immune system. This system helps us to fight against various diseases. So we should boost up our immune system.   


Ways to Boost Immune System

There are various ways to boost immune system. We should drink and eat in the right manner. We should drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day.  It helps our entire body from the digestive system to brain cells. Our body consists of 60% of water and helps us to flush out viruses and cleans all the internal parts of the body. Black and green tea help in removing free radicals from the body as they are composed of rich antioxidants. Green vegetables and fruits are useful as they also keep us healthy. We should eat a balanced diet, which contains all the nutrients that are essential.  Doing regular exercise and workout will optimize the mechanism, and keep the blood circulation intact. We should sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours in a day.


A few changes in our lifestyle and eating habits can make us more active, energetic and healthy. Healthy life is precious and priceless.
